Evergreen uses FullyBooked for the management of enrolments, bookings, CCS, payments and transport authorisations. FullyBooked is an Australian based company that specialises in OOSH management software, so they understand the needs and challenges of school-aged care. Enrolling and booking has never been so easy. Head over to https://evergreenmorisset.fullybookedccms.com.au/family/ to commence your registration. Don’t forget to bookmark this page as it is the access point to maintain bookings, notify absences, and check your fee statement.
Step 1 - Registering with Evergreen
To get your enrolment process started, new families need to start by clicking on the register now button. This will redirect you to our new registration page where you will be able to set up your account email and password, as well as read through our terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions out line our Enrolment and Booking policies, including casual bookings, and cancellations. We advise that you take some time to read through them as you will not be able to proceed further without agreeing to them.
Once you have had a read through, simply click the register button.


Step 2 - Completing your registration
After completing the registration and setting up your email and password you will be directed to the dashboard. This dashboard is your place to add all the information that is required in order to complete your enrolment. This includes but is not limited to: Your family details, child details, any plans or court orders and emergency contact information
Add in the required information in each section, making sure that the first parent/guardian added is the person who is linked with the child for CCS.
If you have multiple children in your family, please note that you will only require one registration. Once you have completed this, you will be able to add as many additional children as required. Children can be added to multiple registrations if each parent is paying for different sessions.
Please note: Until you have completed all required areas, you will not be able to see the bookings calendar. This includes uploading any required documentations (such as court orders, and medical plans) and bank details.

Step 3 - You are now registered!
Congratulations! You are now registered as part of our Evergreen Family!
From here, one of our fantastic administration team members will review your enrolment to confirm that we have everything that we need. (This process usually happens very quickly, but can take up to twenty four hours in some instances.)
Once your enrolment has been reviewed and accepted we will send you email with instructions on how to use our booking system and open the portal on your family dashboard to give you access to confirm your days.
Here you will be able to confirm the type of care you’d like, book in routine days, casual days and vacation care, as well as any rotational care you might need.
